Reports

The Reports section turns your member data into the numbers you need for annual reporting: an age and gender breakdown for a chosen year, and a history of how your membership has changed over time.

Read the year-end statistics

The year-end statistics card breaks your members down by age group and gender for one year:

1. Pick a year from the selector at the top right (the last ten years are available).
2. The table lists each age group with counts for male, female, other and a total per group.
3. The bottom row totals every group, and four summary cards repeat the headline totals.

If there is no data for the year you picked, the card tells you so.

See the membership trend

The members per year card shows a simple bar for each year, with the number of members on it, so you can see at a glance whether your membership is growing or shrinking over time.
