Getting started
Zantu helps unions and associations (fagforeninger, erhvervsforeninger and sports and esport clubs) spend less time on administration and more on what matters. This guide walks through the system section by section.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Zantu uses Zantu Auth for sign-in, with support for passkeys and two-factor.
Open your organisation’s address (for example app.zantu.cloud) and sign in. If
you do not have an account yet, an administrator invites you; you will not create
one yourself.
Find your way around
Section titled “Find your way around”The left sidebar lists the sections you have access to:
- Dashboard (Overblik): a summary of your organisation.
- Members (Medlemmer): everyone in your organisation. See Members.
- Teams and Coaches: how members are organised and who runs activities.
- Billing (Økonomi): subscriptions, invoices and payments. See Billing.
- Events & Courses, Attendance, Cases, Emails, Reports: day-to-day tools.
- Settings: configure your organisation. See Settings.
The exact labels follow your organisation type, so a union sees Danish union terms (Medlemmer, Økonomi, Sager) and a club sees club terms.
Language
Section titled “Language”Zantu is available in Danish and English. Use the language switch to change it; your choice is remembered for next time.
