Dashboard

The Dashboard (Overblik) is the first thing you see when you open Zantu. It gives you a quick read on your organisation: how many members you have, how many are active, what is coming up, and how much you have collected this month.

Four cards across the top summarise the current state:

  • Total members: everyone registered in your organisation.
  • Active members: members with an active subscription.
  • Upcoming events: scheduled activities still ahead.
  • Monthly revenue: what has been collected so far this month, in your organisation’s currency.

The numbers refresh on their own each time you open the page, so you do not need to do anything to keep them current.

The Recent members card lists your newest sign-ups with the date each one joined. It is a fast way to confirm that a new registration came through, or to jump back into someone you added a moment ago.

The Upcoming events card lists the next scheduled activities with their dates. If nothing is scheduled, the card simply says so.

  • Members: add people and manage their details.
  • Billing: follow up on invoices and payments.
  • Reports: year statistics and membership trends.
