Coaches

The Coaches section is a register of the coaches, instructors and staff who run your activities. Once a coach is here, you can put them in charge of a team and find them quickly later.

Add a coach

1. Open Coaches and choose Add coach.
2. Enter a first name and last name (both required).
3. Optionally add an email, phone, a specialty (for example “Goalkeeper”) and a short bio.
4. Set the status to Active or Inactive.
5. Save. The coach appears in the list.

You can also add a coach on the fly while setting up a team. See Teams.

Find a coach

Use the search box above the list to filter by name, email or specialty. The badge next to the search shows how many coaches match.

Edit or remove a coach

• Open the menu (the three dots) on a coach’s row and choose Edit to update their details or change their status. Zantu warns you before you leave if you have unsaved changes.
• Choose Delete to remove a coach. This cannot be undone.

Setting a coach to Inactive instead of deleting them keeps the record while showing they are no longer active.
